The Train Station is the largest building in the world where people can get on trains or get off them and that is where Hugo lives in the walls, working on the clocks and being a thief at the toy booth. It is also the place where Georges Méliès formerly works. Station Inspector Gustave Dasté also works alongside his dog Maximilian, where they make sure if the kids have their parents or not. Hugo's bedroom is upstairs in the walls and that is where he keeps the automaton. So it won't get damage and the train station has the tallest clock tower in the world. When Hugo was trying his best to the automation, his uncle Claude Cabret went to pick up Hugo right before Hugo's father past away in the fire.
